Reforming Technical Cooperation for Capacity Development

The diagnostic study on technical assistance to Kyrgyzstan financed by UNDP was a part of the global UNDP project on "Reforming Technical Cooperation for Capacity Development" and was carried out by a joint team of CASE and CASE-Kyrgyzstan: Jacek Cukrowski (coordinator), Marek Dabrowski, Radzislawa Gortat, and Roman Mogilevskii. A shortened version of this report was published by the UNDP in a book edited by S. Browne.
