Moldova: Technical assistance for the government

Description:

Within the framework of a number of subcontracts carried out for Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) in 1999-2000, CASE experts provided technical assistance for the Moldovan government. Artur Radziwill and Constantin Zaman constructed a macroeconomic model of Moldova's economy and trained civil servants in using this model to prepare medium-term forecasts. CASE experts also advised Moldova's government in the area of social policy (Stanislawa Golinowska) and public finances (Artur Radziwill).
