Evaluation of the Oil Industry Budget

In March and April 2003, Jacek Cukrowski (CASE) and Roman Mogilevskij (CASE-Kyrgyzstan), together with CASE-Advisors Ltd., carried out a project for OAO Yukos Oil Company.

The experts analyzed the profitability of the Russian oil sector and assessed the size of the tax burden of this industry under different forecasts of crude oil prices.
