ERAWATCH Country Report 2008 (Poland)

Description:

The role of CASE in the project relates to the update of the already existing analytical country report on Poland. The report was originally written in 2006, and it provides assessment of the research part of the Polish National Reform Programme for the European Commission. The update - among others - seeks to: (i) analyse the performance of national research system and the related policies in a comparable manner like it was done for other EU member states; (ii) assess the strengths and weaknesses of the national research system; (iii) identify policy related opportunities and threats; (iv) support mutual learning in the Lisbon reform process through better understanding of success and failures in national research policies to increase R&D investments and strengthen the innovation capacity.
