INTERCEPT Project meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania on May 10-11th, 2023

The INTERCEPT project's partners participated to a project meeting which took place in Vilnius, Lithuania on May 10th and 11th 2023.

The project is implemented with financial support from EEA and Norway Grants and aims to develop and test an innovative activation programme in three countries (Malta, Lithuania, and Italy) to help 300 inactive NEETs (people who are not in employment, education or training) aged between 25 and 29 to take advantage of training and employment opportunities linked to the green economy.

During the meeting, partners discussed the progress of all project activities in all ongoing Work Packages. The leaders of each Work Package presented the status of all ongoing internal processes in all respective areas of their WPs. As it was the last working meeting in person of all partners before the finalization of the project, the timeline of the project till its end was also analyzed and updated.

The second day was devoted to the presentation of partners and the work of the local labour offices in Vilnius and Šalčininkai. Participants of the meeting had a great opportunity to visit their local offices and a few business entities which closely cooperate with labour offices in activation and training for job seekers.
