Turkmenistan's Economic Strategy

Under the UNDP project, Miroslaw Gronicki advised the Economic Ministry and the National Institute of Statistics and Forecasting (Turkmenstatprognoz) on preparing an economic strategy for Turkmenistan and methodological problems arising from imperfect statistical base, multiple exchange rates and high inflation.
