CASE ranked among the top 30 think tanks world wide
CASE is ranked 25th among the top 30 think tanks world wide by The Global “Go-To Think Tanks”. CASE also kept its high 3rd position among the top 30 think tanks in Central and Eastern Europe.
The 2011 Global Go To Think Tank Rankings marks the 5th edition of the annual report. The aim of the annual ranking is to recognize the leading public policy think tanks emphasizing their contributions to governments and civil societies around the globe. All recognized 6,545 think tanks from 182 countries were invited to participate in the process. Additionally, a set of expert panels, comprising 793 expert members from around the world were consulted to help in the refining and validation.
The Brookings Institution from the U.S. was awarded the Think Tank of the Year 2011; and was ranked first place amongst several ranking categories.
CASE, as well, was mentioned in several categories, among others, chosen 24th among top 30 International Economic Policy Think Tanks and 15th among the top Social Policy Think Tanks world wide.
The report not only ranks think tanks from around the world but it also gives a summary of major political, economic, social, and technological trends and issues that have a profound impact on the governments and the institutions that serve them.
