The conference is jointly organized by CASE and its daughter organization the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE Ukraine).
CASE - the Center for Social and Economic Research is an international, non-profit research and advisory institution working on the continuing challenges of the transition process in the post-communist world, European integration, and the regional economy in the context of globalization and other world economic trends. Every two or three years CASE organizes an international conference gathering researchers, analysts, policymakers and representatives of the business community from Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East.

Center for Social and Economic Research — CASE Ukraine is a non-government non-profit organization founded by Polish CASE Foundation in early 1999. The aim of the Center is to promote research in the economic, political and social spheres and to contribute to the process of development of civil society in Ukraine. CASE Ukraine has a substantial research background. Since 1995 its experts have worked in a number of joint projects with Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID), the Soros International Economic Advisory Group (SIEAG), the Barents Group and other.
