• Launching investment banking and securities services at the Bank, organising project finance department (World Bank and Polish - American Enterprise Fund Projects);
• Leader of the Bank's privatisation project by IPO and participation in convertible bonds issue project on Euro market;

• Cooperation with investment banks and rating agency during implementation of two strategies projects: bank privatisation and the issue of convertible bonds on the European capital market;
