Emmanuel Bergasse spoke at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Montenegro

Emmanuel Bergasse, CASE Fellow, made a presentation at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly entitled "Anchoring Stability in the Western Balkans: Fulfilling the Promise of Euro-Atlantic Integration" which took place in Sveti Stefan, Montenegro, on October 15-17th. The seminar focused on the political, economic and security situation in the Western Balkans, as well as the progress of Euro-Atlantic integration. It also tackled issues related to regional energy co-operation.
In his presentation, Emmanuel Bergasse concentrated on, on the one hand, the assessment of energy reforms and donor assistance in the Western Balkans and, on the other hand, the perspectives and challenges awaiting the region in the energy sector.
