CASE is looking for a project partner

CASE is looking for an institution willing to take part in the project as part of the Operational Programme “Knowledge, Education, Development” (measure 4.3 - Transnational cooperation).

The main aim of this project is to complement existing efforts and build on the knowledge about the demand for qualifications on Polish labor market and implement an innovative IT tool of monitoring demand for skills in a real time at regional level. It will be achieved through several activities:

  1. Creation of webcrawler, which will be used to collect information on skills, qualification and experience required in a workplace, information about the company and the vacant position in a real-time;
  2. Creation of database, and descriptive statistics, which in a real-time will deliver information on the demand for particular skills, qualifications, experience divided by sectors (NACE), occupations (ISCO), qualifications (ISCED), characteristics of companies and regional characteristics (at NUTs-2 and NUTs-3 level);
  3. The creation of IT tool that will be then delivered and implemented in selected PES;
  4. Testing the IT tool created by PES employees;
  5. Monitoring of its effectiveness in a long-term.

The role of the institutional partner (both national- Polish and foreign) will be:

- to either exchange knowledge (if partner’s country has such instruments being implemented at the national/regional level, or in selected PESes)

- or to help creating such a tool for partner’s country (if there is no such tool implemented in the partner’s country)

If you are potentially interested to take part in the project as an institutional partner, please kindly send us a short description of your institution, your experience in implementing similar projects and how you would like to contribute to this project by September 25th to joanna.smigiel@case-research.eu.
