(Sienkiewicza 12, 4th floor)
[the seminar will take place in Polish]
The seminar will present results of a study on innovation among enterprises in Poland, emphasizing the aspects which are particularly important to policymakers working to implement innovation policy.
The results presented are based upon a four year european research study titled MICRODYN MICRO-DYN (stands for 'Micro-Dynamics') (2006-2010). The project deals with the competitiveness of firms, regions and industries in the knowledge-based economy and the possibilities for job-rich growth in Europe. The central research objective of the project is to address in a comprehensive and methodologically coherent way some of the core driving forces of innovation, competitiveness, employment and growth in the contemporary European economy.
CASE has been a member of the international research consortium implementing this project since the beginning. The consortium includes 15 other research institutes and is led by the WIIW - Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies.
