Agnieszka Paczyńska

Agnieszka Paczyńska has 15 years of professional experience in research, policy analysis, evaluation, impact assessment and capacity building projects covering broad thematic spectrum, from civil society development, development cooperation, to education and labour market. She has worked extensively with national and international institutions in EU member states, the Balkans and former Soviet Union countries. Her employers and clients have included United Nations organisations such as UNDP and UNHCR, EU institutions (European Parliament, European Commission), consulting companies (ICF International), NGOs and academic institutions. Agnieszka holds MA in Philosophy from the Warsaw University and is a member of the Union of Polish Artists – Polish Applied Art. She also studied Sociology, Journalism, Human Rights and Development Cooperation.
